Season Update

Dear Friends,

I am writing with an update from the St. James Music Series. Many of you have reached out to say how much you miss the beautiful choral music in St. James Church. I have too, and this is usually the time of year that you are receiving your order forms for the upcoming season. 

Unfortunately, we do not know when it will be safe to gather again. I am monitoring the guidance around public gatherings and choral music closely, and I promise we will resume our concert series as soon as we can. The safety of our audience and performers is, of course, the top priority. 

I hope we will be able to offer a half-season in 2021 with concerts in March and May. Tentatively, I have booked the renowned choirs VOCES8 and Chanticleer for these performances. I am also looking forward to rescheduling the performance by SACRA/PROFANA. 

Look for more news about future performances after the new year. In the meantime, keep in touch. The most important thing is that our love for choral music and the human voice binds us together as a community, and we will be together again soon!
